| A true risk/reward. If you can bomb it over the water, it leaves a short iron to a large sloping green. Play safe with your drive from right to left leaves you with a short iron. Don't go left to right, or you face a long iron or more, to a well-guarded green. Some choose a lay-up leaving a good angle to the green, but a long 200-yard shot waits. A par is a great reward. |
