As the 2021 golf season winds down this week, the SGCC Management and staff are reflecting on a successful year and looking ahead to next season. Renovations last winter to the lobby and upstairs dining areas were well received in the spring. Several pieces of course equipment were new in 2021 including a fairway mower, greens mowers, and a greens roller. The Club also invested in improvements to the parking lot, planters outside the grab & go, pond liner repairs, new fountain, and improvements along several cart paths throughout the course.
Next year, we look forward to a new fleet of 60 electric golf carts, a few more pieces of course equipment, additional cart path improvements and a locker room refresh.

Please note that the website advertises all-in pricing with GST, Club Fee ($50) and Capital Assessment ($700) for applicable categories. The Food and Beverage assessment ($450) is additional in certain categories. A full breakdown of the fees by category is available <

Note: Green Fee and Power Cart pricing has not been set for 2022, but we expect to be able to provide at least the cart pricing by the end of the month for those who are paying for the annual cart with their monthly membership payments.
Monthly Payments
If you are on a monthly payment plan, your payments will continue in November at the new 2022 rate unless otherwise directed. If you wish to stop monthly payments, please let the Office know by November 10th. More information about this program can be found <

Pre-Payment Incentive – Weekly $500 Draws
Members who choose to pre-pay their membership dues will be entered in a weekly draw for a $500 Pro Shop Credit. Names are kept in the draw for subsequent draws, so the sooner you enter, the more chances you will have to win. Seven weekly draws will be made starting on November 5
th through to December 17th.
Amenities
- Lockers are complimentary for individual members in Full Adult, Young Professional 31-35, and Corporate membership categories. For all other categories, lockers can be rented for a seasonal price of $82.50 tax in.
- Club Storage is included for individual members in the Full Play, Young Professional 31-35, 15Pass and Corporate categories. For all other categories, club storage and cleaning will be available for a seasonal price of $82.50 tax in.
- Returning Members who paid for a locker or club storage in 2021 are automatically renewed.
Membership Confirmation
SGCC is managing waitlists for all categories and filling spots as they come available. Current Members are renewed in their current category unless they indicate a change or decide not to return in 2022.
