Membership Dues were processed this week and Member Statements were sent out yesterday. Remember that accounts with no activity and no outstanding balance don’t receive a statement. So if you pre-paid last year, and have no activity in January, a statement is not issued.
Confirmation of any changes should be made by March 15. If you have a change, let us know as soon as possible as it helps us plan and provide updates for individuals on the waitlist. Payment of membership fees is due April1st.
I want to welcome
Heather Crouchill to our Administration Staff. Heather started last Wednesday. She’s new to the province, moving recently from Maple Ridge, BC. With the annual billing this week, Heather is getting a crash course in all things SGCC Admin. She takes the place of Danaka who was part-time admin as a full-time student since August.
Let us know if you have any questions regarding fees or anything at all about the upcoming season.
A few things to note as we work through the next few weeks:
- Junior Memberships have not been billed, as only a small number of Juniors have a parents with member accounts, and there can be a lot of changes in junior categories.
- An email will be sent to junior members next week looking for confirmations/changes/payments. If you have already confirmed a Junior for the coming season, there is nothing required.
- Junior email addresses can be hit-and-miss, so if you know a junior member who doesn’t receive and email, ask them to contact the office to confirm.
- Regarding Wednesday Women’s Night, an email went out to the non-member (5-pack) players to confirm their spot for this year. There are a limited number of spots again this year, so if you know one of these players, remind them to look for the email and confirm their spot.
