Today’s weather is a reminder that golf season has certainly come to an end. With that, here are a few reminders in case you missed the previous messages:
- Accounts should be paid off by the end of the week if possible. Monday is our year-end, and our annual audit will start in a few weeks.
- Remove personal items from your locker and leave the locker open if you want it cleaned as part of our annual winter cleaning. If you prefer to leave it locked, just make sure you have everything you might need during the off-season.
- A few sets of clubs remain in club storage. We would like these removed as we plan to repair storage racks and paint the area this winter.
- The annual Member Survey will remain open until midnight tomorrow. If you haven’t taken the survey yet, <CLICK HERE> to provide feedback on the 2022 season.
- The first of seven draws for $500 in Pro Shop credit will be made on Monday November 7th. Everyone who has already paid is eligible...plus anyone who pays in full prior to any of the weekly draws. All names stay in the draw, so the sooner you get in, the more chances there are to win. The last of 7-draws will be on December 19th.
The grounds crew had a good start on winter preparations last week, and the overnight snow won’t have any affect on the golf course. Water lines were blown out, greens were sprayed and top-dressed, and a few winter greens tarps were installed. The rest of the tarps can be put down this week, and the flax straw spread on top. There might be some delay, but the snow will melt and there are no extreme temperatures, so there is no risk of any damage to the course.
Have a Great Week,
McLaren Taylor
