Member Update

4/1/2022

Due to server upgrade today and training session on Monday...Member statements for March will be sent out on Tuesday April 5th. If there is a balance forward on your statement, it may be your membership fees which are due now. Watch for the F&B Minimum which was billed in March to applicable member categories. If you pre-paid the minimum there will be a charge and credit.

Note: Monthly statements are normally issued at the beginning of every month. In season, the statement includes “chit details” to review your member charges. Any outstanding balances should be paid by the end of each month. The Club’s AR policy takes effect on balances that are more than 30 days past…except for membership dues which are billed and paid before the start of the season.

The Annual Masters Pool  has a new look this year, using an app that will provide live updates during play. As the draw is not finalized until Sunday, entries won’t open until Monday morning. However, you can <register for the pool> in advance by setting up your username and password. Entries will be billed at $20 each to your Club Account. Entries are unlimited but picks for family or friends must be placed under an SGCC member name. Half of the proceeds are split among the top-3 at 60%, 30% and 10%. The other half goes to Junior golf. Watch for another Masters Pool email on Monday.

The Restaurant opens for regular business on April 15th, and Easter Brunch on April 17th is open for reservations <HERE> on the Club Calendar.

Staff CPR and AED training is happening on Monday. Office and Pro Shop staff will be checking messages before and after, but not available to answer all calls or drop-in visits.

On course opening. ..we've decided to stay silent for now and wait for another break in the weather. Watch for an update on the course status at the end of next week.

Have a Great Weekend,
