Congratulations to Gordon Jensen, this week’s $500 Pro Shop Credit Winner. There’s one more draw next Friday for Members who pre-pay their 2025 annual dues.
Fun Fact: With 89 members in this week's “pre-payment draw” the majority of our members pay their dues through the annual billing in February or March, or month to month through the monthly payment plan.
Annual Billing happens for anyone who doesn't pre-pay and is not on the monthly plan. Annual dues for their category are processed at the end of January to their member account, and statements are issued as usual at the start of February. Fees for annual billing can be settled anytime before March 31st.
- Any changes to your membership status or category should be made prior to January 28th to be reflected on the annual billing
- Unless there is a change requested, members are billed in the same category they were in 2024
- Categories can be changed and accounts adjusted as needed in February or March
The Monthly Payment Plan runs from November through October. Installments are billed to the member's account on or about the 15th day of each month, and payment is taken automatically from a credit card or bank account.
- February 7th is the deadline for existing members to switch to the monthly program.
- Enrollment for monthly billing anytime before the February 7th deadline requires a catch-up payment, and some paperwork to authorize the automatic monthly payment.
Flags are lowered at the Club for the passing of Trev Yager yesterday. Trev joined SGCC in 1970 and was an active member until last year. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, including his wife Marilyn and Grandson Brayden in Ottawa playing for Canada's World Junior Hockey Team.
The SGCC Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 21st at 7pm. Watch for the AGM Package and 2024 Audited Financials to be posted next week.
