Junior Membership statements are going out today for Juniors that have confirmed for the upcoming season. If you don't get a statement for a Junior member, and want to renew for 2024, please contact the office next week.
Poplar tree removal is well ahead of schedule. With warmer winter weather, Arbor Crest Tree Services has completed most of the planned tree removal for the year. A few Poplars were removed to the right of the forward tees on hole #13, and near the 15th green close to Lorne Avenue. A larger line was removed down the left side of Hole #14 from the blue tees up to the forward tees at the top of the hill. And finally, crews were here this week to take a few dead Poplars from the right side of Hole #10 near Cartwright Road, and Hole #1 of the practice loop. As most of the trees were closer to the maintenance yard, the material is piled there for removal later. There will be a smaller amount in the parking lot this year…but still available (from the parking lot) for free once the snow melts.
