The SGCC Patio Party is tomorrow night from 5:30 to 9:30. Featured appetizers include Chili Lime Scallops, Carne Asada Steak Bites, Smoked Salmon Crostinis, Pulled Pork Sliders, Tequila Lime Chicken Skewers, and Coconut Shrimp. Come out for the food, music, prize draws, and drink specials. Regular menu service is available too.
The Reliance Gregg’s Central Amateur is on next weekend July 1-3. We’re still looking for a few Volunteers to work the starting and scoring tables, as well as on-course spotters. Sign-up <

Congratulations to our Women’s Captain’s Challenge team on great play here at home at home against Riverside this week. The ladies fell behind 5-1 at Riverside last week, but battled back to make it close, finishing 7-5 in favour of the Riverside ladies. Led by Captain Rose Halbach, the team included Beth Davis, Laurie Evans, Kris Gunn, Barb Gregor, Shannon Starecki, Lucille Dube, Elaine Carriere, Donna Matthew’s, Judith Walshe, Carol Spanks and Judy King.
