The SGCC AGM is coming up next Tuesday at 7:00 PM in an online format via Zoom.
To manage the number of online Zoom participants, you must register in advance to receive a link to login for the meeting.

Note: The Meeting Agenda is included in the AGM Package, along with the slate of election candidates.
Members can still submit
questions in advance for the Q&A session. Click <
HERE> to submit your question. Depending on the number of questions, the Board and Management may provide written answers in advance.
**Important Note on Voting**
After further review of the online meeting and voting procedures, the Board has decided to offer
advance online voting only through a secure and anonymous service.
Eligible voters* will receive an email later today from
Simply Voting with instructions to cast your vote. Additional reminders will be sent on Friday and Monday.
Voting by email to the office is no longer an option as simply voting makes it easy, secure, and anonymous way to vote.
If anyone cannot access online voting,
an in-person vote may be cast during office hours (9 am – 4 pm) Monday to Friday up to 4:00 on Tuesday January 18th.
* Eligible voters are all members in good standing currently in one of the club’s voting categories.
