We hope everyone had a safe and healthy break and are staying warm as we turn the page and begin planning for the 2022 season.
AGM
Our 2021 AGM will take place January 18, 2022, at 7:00 pm in an online Zoom Meeting format. All related information is available <HERE> on the Member Dashboard.
The AGM Package includes information on the election and those members running for the three spots on the Board of Directors. The individuals are also listed <HERE> for reference. A copy of the ballot will be distributed next week with advance voting instructions. Regular voting at the AGM will also be available.
If you intend to join the meeting but have not registered already, we ask that you take a moment to register <HERE> until 4:00 pm on January 14th. Those who have registered for the AGM will receive a Zoom link on January 17th and a reminder on January 18th.
Members may submit questions in advance for the Q&A session. Depending on the number of questions, the Board and Management may provide written answers in advance. Click <HERE> to submit your question. Keep in mind that your name and question may be published as written.
Membership Status Changes
All Members on the current roster will be billed for the upcoming season in their current category. If you are receiving this email, and plan to return in the same category, there is nothing required at this time. A statement with your 2022 fees will arrive on February 2nd. If you would like to make a change in your status or are not planning to return, please let us know by the end of January. If you have any questions about the 2022 rates and membership categories, please contact the office.
