Our 2021 AGM will take place online as a Zoom Meeting on January 18, 2022 at 7:00 pm.
To be prepared for the online format, we require that all members register in advance:
- Registration will be open <HERE> until 4:00pm on January 14th
- Registered AGM participants will receive a Zoom link on January 17th
- The Zoom link and reminder will be sent again on January 18th

Members may submit questions in advance for the Q&A session. Depending on the number of questions, the Board and Management may provide written answers in advance. Click

Any questions regarding the AGM format or using Zoom can be directed to the Main Office:
[email protected]. We encourage anyone not familiar with the Zoom format to take the time between now and the meeting to get acquainted with the service. Bri will be available in the office in the days prior and during the meeting to assist Members who experience technical difficulties.
Our last $500 draw will be made today at 4:00. All members who prepaid ther 2022 fees are eligible. If you haven't been drawn yet...maybe today is the day!
