Membership Billing is being processed now for members who have not already pre-paid and are not on the monthly payment plan. It’s an annual function that applies dues to around 700 accounts. Changes received in advance will be reflected on the January statement and sent out next week. Otherwise, members are billed in the same category as last year. Changes going forward can be made by contacting the office and having a new statement issued.
- The annual dues billing has multiple lines for playing fees, capital assessment, club fee, and any add-ons.
- The “capital assessment” is not a new fee, but rather a portion of the annual dues. It is the same as last year and has been a portion of the dues for the past 10-years.
- The “club fee” is an additional fee that covers Golf Saskatchewan fees, and hole-in-one insurance.
- The F&B Minimum ($450) is not billed at this time. Categories that pay the minimum are billed at the end of March and payment is due in April.
A Monthly Payment Plan is available, but February 7 is the deadline to enroll. Payments run from November through October. Installments are billed to the member's account on or about the 15th day of each month, and payment is taken automatically from a credit card or bank account. Enrollment requires a catch-up payment, and some paperwork to authorize the automatic monthly payment.
Winter Club Fittings are available now. The SGCC Pro shop uses Trackman technology and an indoor hitting bay to custom fit clubs from Titleist, Ping, Callaway, TaylorMade and Srixon. The Club Calendar has been updated with 2026 dates for SGCC Majors, corporate tournaments, and popular social events like the Season Opener and Patio Party. We still have leagues and additional dining events to schedule, but the major events are listed now if you’re looking to make summer plans. Details on the Reliance Gregg’s Central Amateur are still being finalized, but expect to see it booked for the last weekend of June. And remember to mark your calendar for Easter Brunch on April 5th, and Masters Watch Weekend on April 11th & 12th.
