Results from the Member Survey were shared in an email yesterday and can be viewed anytime on the Member Dashboard. Thanks again to the 320 Members who participated.
Yesterday’s email also included a reminder of our fiscal year-end today. Members should clear any outstanding account balances as soon as possible to remain in good standing. For anyone on the monthly payment plan, your account must be current to be renewed in November.
Please Note: The online payment option (through the club website) has been turned off during the off-season while we take membership payments for next year. All other payment options are still available to settle your account including etransfer, online banking, cheque, in-person debit card, and credit cards in-person or over the phone.
Membership Pre-Payment is an option this time of year if you’re interested in the “pre-payment draw incentive”. Members who pre-pay their 2026 dues are entered into the draws made every Friday at 12 Noon from November 7th until December 19th. You can only win once, but a payment before November 7th gives you 7 chances to be drawn. Remember that membership payments by credit card are subject to a 2% processing fee put into effect last year.
Otherwise, the 2026 Membership fees are billed to your account at the end of January. Any category changes should be made as soon as you know, and before the billing period if possible to ensure the accuracy of billing.
The SGCC Staff Party is tomorrow night with a supper and entertainment from professional magician Andrew Kinakin. A special thanks to all who donated to the staff fund this year. In-person and online proceeds have been spent entirely on the seasonal staff for supper, entertainment, and door prizes.
Office Hours are 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday, except for November 11.
Pro Shop Hours will vary over the next 2-weeks but watch for news on daytime hours for holiday shopping in next week’s update.
Locker room codes have been changed, as we have a full calendar of meetings and holiday functions in the building from now through Christmas. If you need access during the off-season during office hours, just stop at the office for assistance.
