Member Update

10/24/2025

Work continued this week on course winterization. The greens have been sprayed and top-dressed, and nearly all of the permeable tarps are down. Fairway spraying is ongoing with about half completed so far. The older poa annua greens will get a layer of flax straw and covered with ice tarps next week. And if the weather holds, there are still leaves to blow and general clean-up to be done before snowfall.

Our Fiscal Year-End is coming up next week, and we want to remind members to settle accounts as soon as possible. The October statement will be issued November 3rd, but can be viewed anytime by clicking on “My Statement” on the Member DashboardAccount payments can be made by etransfer, online banking, and by credit card in person or over the phone. Debit card payments are also available in person. The online payment option is not available during the off-season while we process 2026 membership payments.

The 2026 Rates were released last week and published <HERE> on the club website.

The “early payment incentive” is available again this year with 7 draws for a $500 pro shop credit. Members who pre-pay their 2025 dues are entered into the draws made every Friday at 12 Noon from November 7th until December 19th. You can only win once, but full payment of your 2026 dues before November 7th gives you 7 chances to be drawn. Remember that membership payments by credit card are subject to a 2% processing fee which was put into effect last year.

A monthly payment program is also available, which doesn’t get you in on the draws, but does spread the fees evenly from this November through October next year. There’s a little paperwork to get started which must be submitted by November 12th as payments are taken on or around the 15th of each month. Click <HERE> to request the monthly payment forms. Members currently on the monthly plan received an email earlier this week with updated monthly payment amounts and general payment information.

Since the last update on the New Maintenance Building, work on the grade beam was completed and backfilled two weeks ago. Layers of base-gravel were installed last week. The inside floor has been packed, but the concrete floor will be poured after the building goes up, and plumbing is completed. Steel building materials arrived last week and started going up this morning. By this time next week, we should see most of the structural steel in place.

Have a Great Weekend
