Member Statements were issued earlier this week to members with activity on their account. This includes a breakdown of 2025 fees for anyone who hasn't already paid fees in advance, or through the monthly program.
The capital assessment is the portion of dues used for annual capital spending, broken out for accounting and audit purposes. It's not a new fee, but rather a portion of the annual dues broken out this way since 2013.
Membership fees are due by April 1st. New since November 1st last year, is a 2% admin fee for membership dues paid by credit card. The admin fee only applies to the dues portion. Additions such as an annual cart, or the F&B minimum are not subject to the 2% fee. And in-season there is
no credit card fee to settle monthly charges.
Reminder: The F&B Minimum of $450 is billed separately to all applicable categories on March 31st.
The 2025 Events Calendar is up to date with Club Tournaments, Corporate Tournaments, and many of the social events planned so far.
Monday February 17th is Family Day, which means the office will be closed for the stat holiday. It will be open February 18-21 with limited staff as several on our team will be taking holidays that week.
Winter Club Fittings
With the introduction last week of nearly all the new 2025 equipment brands and models, along with the arrival of most of the fitting tools provided by the individual manufacturers, we are now ready to begin our winter club fittings indoors here at the SGCC.
Appointments can be made by calling the pro shop at 306-933-1225, with fittings generally taking place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays.
